The Hair Trader OUTLET HAIR is hair that has been previously used for product sample testing(we buy product samples from existing and new vendors to ensure that any new product available on the market meets our quality standards and will live up to our customers’ expectations). Our outlet hair could also be our own hair previously used for marketing by our models or influencers.

Our OUTLET HAIR is sold considerably under cost. The hair may exhibit cosmetic imperfections such as a slightly torn lace as a result of being previously used, hair may be over plucked and over processed or even discolored.

Our OUTLET HAIR hair has been fully inspected to ensure that it’s up to standard.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CREDITS PROVIDED ONCE THE HAIR IS PURCHASED. THE HAIR TRADER DOES NOT GIVE WARRANTY FOR HAIR BOUGHT AT THE OUTLET.

1. May I exchange / get a refund for my order?

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges and refunds of hair extensions that are in the original packaging condition(resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way(Original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer, LACE MUST NOT BE CUT). Exchanges may be done within the 14 days of receiving your order. 

1. Which items are not eligible for exchanges/refunds? 

We will not be able to test whether the following items have been opened / used, therefore for hygienic reasons we will not accept any exchanges or refunds on them.

***ALL hair purchased at THE HAIR TRADER SAMPLE SALE are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.***

1. Why are THE HAIR TRADER Hair Extensions non-exchangeable if opened?

Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

1. How can I exchange / return my order ?

You must contact us first at (support@thehairtrader.com) within the industry leading fourteen (14) day exchange period.. All THE HAIR TRADER Hair Extensions must be shipped back original packaging condition(resell-able condition) and new as it was when shipped from us, packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. We will then provide you with our return address and instructions, where the exchanged item will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged.

1. Do I have to pay for the courier of my exchange/return? 

Yes. ALL COURIER FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. You are responsible for all exchange courier costs and we recommend that you use a reputable courier company as THE HAIR TRADER will not be held responsible for lost returns. Refunds for any return exclude the initial courier cost paid to ship your package, that shipping fee is also non-refundable.

 For any cancellations or change of mind purchases, a transaction fee will be applicable to the Refund amount calculated as follows: amount × 0,03. Change of mind to be done before hair is dispatched. 

1. What is the exchange period?

We will provide an exchange for unopened/unused hair within industry leading fourteen(14) days of the date that you receive your hair extensions. 

1. Do you offer replacement on defect products ?

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you've received a product that is unusual we want to hear from you, please email (Support@thehairtrader.com) within 7 calendar days from the date you received your package. Note that using your own stylist bleaching, coloring or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the opportunity for a replacement, if it applies. If The Hair Trader  verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, The Hair Trader will then exchange or replace the item.

 If The Hair Trader does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense without a replacement  of product. 

NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (LACE CLOSURES, LACE FRONTALS & FULL LACE WIGS), WHEN THEY RIP, TEAR OR BEGIN TO BALD THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REPLACED. FIXING OF LACE PRODUCTS ARE DONE AT YOUR OWN COST.
